Optimise your trade fair preparations with our new parcel service! With immediate effect we are offering our exhibitors a safe and efficient solution for the acceptance and delivery of parcels directly to the fair grounds of Koelnmesse. This service is particularly valuable during the assembly phase when your stands are not fully constructed yet and you possibly cannot be on-site.

Why this service is indispensable:

Until now it wasn't possible to have parcels accepted on one's behalf at the fair grounds. This has changed now thanks to our new parcel service! We guarantee that your parcel consignments are delivered directly to your stand.

Service:

Receipt and delivery of your parcel consignment up to 50 kg directly to your stand for just

EUR 50.00 (price per package).

You will then receive a confirmation from our responsible service partner DSV Fairs & Events GmbH.

Step 3:

You can use your regular account with FedEx, UPS or another freight company to organise your freight to Cologne. Simply write the shipping address below on the parcel and that's it.

This service applies to shipments within the EU. Third country shipments with customs clearance fees must be requested and processed separately.

Please make sure you use the above-mentioned shipping address. Unfortunately, parcels bearing a different trade fair address cannot be accepted by our service partner.

The place of fulfilment and jurisdiction is Cologne. It is agreed that German law shall apply.
