If you would like to hold a press conference during the fair, you can make use of the following services. We would, however, like to point out that it is only recommended to hold a press event if new information or products are going to be presented.

• Date coordination - also for press events at your stand
• Reservation of a conference room on the trade fair grounds (free of charge)
• Provision of trade fair caterers, interpreters and technical equipment (extra charge)
• Publication of your press conference date in the Koelnmesse press event
